Effective September 25, 2009...Preble County conveyance fees will increase from $2.00 (two dollars) to $3.00 (three dollars) for every $1,000 (one thousand dollars) of the sale price. Preble County Commissioners have imposed a $2.00 (two dollars) per thousand permissive conveyance tax in addition to the mandatory $1.00 (one dollar) per thousand conveyance fee.
